Weather in Beit Shemesh

Beit Shemesh enjoys a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. Located in the Judean foothills, the weather here is often slightly cooler than the coastal plain but warmer than Jerusalem.

Summer (June - September): Expect sunny skies and highs around 30°C to 35°C. Perfect weather for a refreshing frozen Margarita or our fresh Pico de Gallo.

Winter (December - March): Temperatures can drop to 5°C - 10°C at night, with occasional rain. This is the best time to warm up with our spicy salsas and hot meat dishes.
